When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal or organizational learning. You may not redistribute course materials without prior written consent.

5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds are available within seven days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been consumed.
6. Certificates and Outcomes
Certificates reflect completion but do not guarantee employment or business results. We provide education; you retain responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, trademarks, and logos are the property of DataCraft Collective or its licensors. You may not use our name or marks without permission.

9. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
